The software orders may consist of a PDF license with the download link of the program and in that case they will be sent by email. In the case of including physical support, this will be sent by transport or may be picked up at our facilities within the indicated time.

In the case of merchandise orders, you can pick up yourself or your transport agency by completing all the procedures or choosing the transport agency offered by our website with the cost according to measures and weight of it.

The delivery time in case of selecting one of the transport agencies of our website will be from 24 to 48h for the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For shipments to the Canary Islands the term will depend on the type of carriage selected, and may vary from 3 to 10 days approximately.

The goods sent by our means travel 100% insured.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, customs cats, IGIG and other expenses that might cause the carriage will always be borne by the recipient.

Any return of merchandise will require our confirmation in advance and any refund not agreed will be returned postage due. The cost of return will be 15% billed at least as a review of the goods and re introduction to Stock.

The user profile allows you to enter more than one delivery address, please fill in correctly all the data, in case of incidence in the delivery for this reason, the customer should be responsible for the associated costs if required by the transport agency.

We will send a tracking number whenever possible so you can follow the shipment to the email you send us. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery or introduces an incomplete or incorrect address, the recipient will bear the costs that may have the procedures of correction of the address and repeat the delivery, if the transport company charges for carry out the procedure.
